The construction company Adiger was founded in 2023 by two experienced shareholders in the construction industry: Alexander Zlochevsky and Andrey Rakitov.
Zlochevsky is a successful businessman and investor, founder of the Aquarelle group of companies (construction, Ukraine), and Rakitov is a qualified lawyer, lawyer, and businessman.
The construction company Adiger began its activities in Cyprus by signing a reserve agreement for the A1 land plot in August 2023.
Within a few months, the company purchased additional sites and started designing. In February 2024, contracts for the purchase and sale of “A2” and “A3” plots were signed, and the “A4” project was launched.
