The construction company Adiger Development was founded in 2023 by two experienced shareholders in the construction industry: Alexander Zlochevsky and Andrey Rakitov.
Zlochevsky is a successful businessman and investor, founder of the Aquarel group of companies (construction sector).
A leader with experience and extensive knowledge, including in construction processes and technologies.
Rakitov is a qualified lawyer and successful attorney, which ensures the guaranteed reliability of agreements and transactions with the company. As a businessman, he values his time and reputation, allowing you to fully rely on comprehensive advice and support.
The construction company Adiger Development began operations in Cyprus in 2023 with the signing of a reserve agreement for land plot “A1”.
Within a few months, the company acquired additional plots and began designing the facilities. In February 2024, purchase and sale agreements were signed for plots “A2”, ‘A3’ and “A4”, and construction began on low-rise comfort-class complexes.

Since 2016, the company has built almost 2 dozen residential complexes of various heights, which means more than 3,600 apartments.
